What forms of payment do you accept?+

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Care Credit, and Scratch Pay. Please note that the owner of the card being used must be present with an I.D. at the time of payment.

What should I do if my pet has an emergency outside of your regular hours?+

We offer emergency care services during our regular business hours. If your pet requires emergency care outside of our regular hours, please contact the Animal Emergency and Referral Associates in Fairfield, NJ, at (973) 226-3282.

What are your hours of operation?+

We are open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Mondays, and Sundays. Our hours of operation are as follows:

  • Tuesday – 8 am - 5 pm
  • Wednesday – 12 pm - 8 pm
  • Thursday – 12 pm - 8 pm
  • Friday – 8 am - 5 pm
  • Saturday – 8 am - 2 pm

What should I bring to my appointment?+

Please bring any relevant medical records or information about your pet's health history, including vaccination records. If your pet is on medication, please bring the medication with you.

Do I need to make an appointment?+

Yes, we recommend that you schedule an appointment for your pet's visit. This helps us ensure that we have enough time to provide personalized care and can schedule accordingly.
